Jardin Japonais Pierre Baudis
A Japanese garden situated in the Compans-Caffarelli neighbourhood, considered one of the most peaceful and beautiful green spaces in Toulouse. Inspired by traditional Kyoto gardens, it features a red bridge, a pond, a tea house and bamboo groves that create a very relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for a stroll, a rest or to switch off from the hustle and bustle of the city.

La Halle de la Machine
La Halle de la Machine is a unique cultural venue in Toulouse dedicated to the large-scale stage machines created by the theatre company La Machine. It is a sort of ‘stable’ for giant mechanical creatures such as the Minotaur or the Spider, where you can see them in action and discover their world, which blends theatre, engineering and performance.
It’s worth checking the website to see when performances are taking place, as during these shows you can climb onto the machines and take a ride on them.
Opening hours
Generally open Tuesday to Sunday from 10.00 to 18.00 or 19.00, depending on the season.
Price range
Approximately €12 to €20 per person, depending on the type of visit.
